The Role of Teachers and Parents
My Teacher My Mentor
Teachers are not only educators but also dedicated mentors, crucial for students’ holistic development. They guide character development, offering personalized advice, encouragement, and support. This mentorship helps students navigate academic challenges and personal growth, promoting values like integrity, empathy, and resilience. By balancing teaching with mentorship, President Elementary School is committed to nurturing well-rounded individuals prepared for academic success and positive societal contributions.
Collaboration Between Teachers and Parents
We collaborate closely with parents to ensure that the values taught at school are also reinforced at home. Through regular meetings, workshops, and open communication, we work together to support children’s character development. This partnership helps create a consistent and nurturing environment, both at school and at home, fostering integrity, respect, responsibility, and empathy in our students.
