Job Description :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relation, Visual Communication Design or a related field with a specialization in language teaching.

Experience teaching Bahasa Indonesia and/or foreign languages at the elementary level.

Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and the foreign language being taught.

Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut, Premiere Pro, tools for design.

Experience using Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube)

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.

Creative, innovative, and passionate about inspiring students in language learning.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.

Develop and manage content for our website and social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing, and recommend new strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
